Andy Neff earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic University, Pomona (Cal Poly Pomona). After graduation, he embarked on his career as a project manager in the architectural field, specializing in commercial/retail development. Over the years, Andy managed projects of varying sizes and scope with different architectural firms.

In 2016, he shifted to the development side, joining Merlone Geier Partners (MGP), a West Coast retail and mixed-use investor and developer. At MGP, Andy was responsible for the entitlements of large-scale projects, collaborating with various city agencies, multiple consultants, and other development team members to successfully bring projects from inception to completion.

In 2022, Andy joined Wood Investments Companies (WIC), where he leveraged his architectural and design project management expertise to become an instrumental asset to the team. Today, he plays a crucial role, closely collaborating with the construction and leasing teams, to oversee all architectural development and project entitlements for Wood Investments Companies. With his distinct background and proficiency, Andy adds depth to WIC's capabilities, contributing significantly to the company's commitment to successful real estate developments.
