Britney Parent attended the University of California, Irvine, on a soccer scholarship and earned her bachelor’s degree in Classical Civilization in 2007.

Following graduation, Britney commenced her career at Navarro Retail Group (NRG) as an Executive Assistant to Mike Navarro. Over time, she actively immersed herself in project leasing and tenant/landlord representation, focusing on ownership and demographic research, presentations, strategic plans, committee approval packages, and deal negotiations. Britney's noteworthy contributions have led to the success of many significant transactions, including nine Walmart deals, ten Walmart Neighborhood Market deals, ten Burlington deals, and the leasing of two shopping centers.

In 2019, Britney made the move to Wood Investments Companies (WIC), where she now plays a pivotal role in assisting with acquisitions and asset management for the company’s multiple shopping centers. Additionally, she efficiently manages the company office. With her credentials as a public notary and a licensed real estate salesperson in California, Britney brings valuable expertise to the team.
