Greg Vujnov
Director of Leasing
Greg Vujnov joined Wood Investments Companies (WIC) in March of 2021 as the Director of Leasing, overseeing operations and leasing. With over 20 years of retail real estate experience, Greg brings a wealth of knowledge covering almost all the facets of the industry.
Greg's journey in the industry began as a co-founder of the successful chain of juice bars called Juice It Up. During his time there, he played a crucial role in site selection, store development, and franchise sales, transforming the company from a single location to over 50 in under four years.
After Juice It Up, Greg served as a real estate broker, collaborating with prominent brands such as Rite Aid, Carl's Jr., Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, and Chronic Tacos. He then transitioned to Chipotle Mexican Grill, where he excelled as a Real Estate Manager for over five years. During this tenure, he oversaw the development of 70 locations, handling site selection, lease negotiations, planning, and eventual turnover to operations for successful openings.
Subsequently, Greg assumed the role of Senior Director of Leasing at the Irvine Company, where he was responsible for overseeing the leasing efforts across all 50+ company-owned shopping centers. He then served as Vice President of Leasing at Lewis Retail, managing pad leasing, new development leasing, and large restaurant leasing across a diverse portfolio of over 40 shopping centers.
Greg's expertise in retail real estate, combined with his extensive leadership experience, positions him as a key player in WIC's operations and overall success.
Greg and his wife Linda have four children. In his leisure time, Greg enjoys golf, volunteering with a local men's group in Tustin called the Book Club and traveling with Linda, especially to Ole Miss football games.
