Hector joined Wood Investments Companies (WIC) in 2017 and currently serves as Property Manager, overseeing all aspects of property management for the WIC portfolio. His responsibilities encompass property administration, tenant relations, operations, property reporting, and vendor maintenance.

Before assuming his role as a property manager at WIC, Hector played a pivotal part in leasing the company's retail portfolio across Orange County, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties. As a lead property manager with over five years of experience, he has skillfully managed over 250 tenants and more than 250 acres of multiple shopping centers. Hector's trilingual abilities, enabling him to bridge any language barriers, further enhance his effectiveness in various situations. He graduated from California State University, Fullerton in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry.
