Under his strategic guidance, Wood Investments Companies, Inc. excels in crafting vibrant neighborhood shopping centers and Mobile Home Parks in collaboration with their partner, Thomas Larkin, of Coast Mobile Home Parks.

Patrick's journey in the industry began at Lee & Associates and later at Grubb & Ellis, where he honed his expertise in retail brokerage. Drawing on his Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Planning and Development from the University of Southern California, Patrick's strategic insights and creative problem-solving elevate the company's projects to new heights.
